My name is Annabel and I am a young and upcoming photographer, excited to share my work. I come from a small town in the Fens, where I studied photography at college. I later moved to Leicester to further my education, studying Photography and Video BA (HONS) degree at De Montfort University achieving a 2:1 in my degree, something I am extremely proud of.
Prior to graduating from university I went on a gap year, between 2019 to 2020, where I successfully gained a job on the Queen Mary 2, The Last Ocean Liner, as one of their photographers. This was an incredible experience for me, giving me valuable experience in the field, whilst getting to travel the world, before finishing my degree. I also worked on a big project with GreenYard Frozen Food creating photographs for their frozen side dishes range.
I am an energetic person. I have been a sports photographer at local horse riding, karate and charity events, which I am also passionate about. In the studio, I have completed a vast amount of portraiture.
My photographs have been published in the magazine Photoshoot, which was later covered by local newspapers and ITV News.
I enjoy photography, because it fills me with excitement, as I take the photograph, creating an image that gives me a voice without having to speak.
